We are involved in a project where we are helping producers in Uganda with market access and better supply chain development by being part of a new company called Green Leaf Uganda Coffee Company Ltd.
The overall goal of this project is to find customers for sustainable coffee from Uganda in Europe but also to find funding and partnerships to move forward and create a new Agricultural Value Chain Development Company in Uganda focusing on African Fine Coffee from Uganda.
Green Leaf Uganda Coffee work in close cooperation with Caritas Kampala who are the social services and economic development department of the Catholic Church in Kampala Archdiocese.
We start this partnership as their extended arm for sales and marketing of African Fine Coffee from Uganda in Europe. We are currently working on financing and partnership for a Public and Private Partnership called Green Leaf Uganda Coffee Company Ltd.
